In order to adapt to the modern logistics airport and facilitate the storage of airport air cargo. The airport needs to set up a special area and adopt the whole free transportation platform to accelerate the speed of airport logistics transportation, so as to facilitate the turnover of goods.
Due to the particularity of Australian local climate, humid and salty air environment, the material requirements of the whole equipment are particularly high.The project is outside the airport and close to the sea. The requirements for corrosion and rust prevention are relatively high.
In order to adapt to the humid and salty air environment in Australia, the steel structure of the whole transmission line should be hot-dip galvanized, with an average value of 85 um.
All fasteners are precision M8 hot-dip galvanized. The drum is made of 316L material.
For hot-dip galvanized products, we use thickness gauge to measure. 316L roller shall be used for salt spray test for more than 48 hours.
